Troubleshooting Network Issues with Pingplotter

  1. Download Pingplotter 14 day trial from here.

  2. Right click on the column named Avg and add the Maximum Latency field.

  3. Run Pingplotter
  4. Enter either the server IP of the service you are having an issue with or use 8.8.8.8 if you don’t have the IP and press Start.
  5. Screenshot after about two minutes of running.
  6. Paste the screenshot of the full program window into the chat or upload to Imgur and share the link on the subreddit.
